Before JayrCon, Ravi Sandhu, was the co-promoter of Jaycon Infrastructure Limited, and was instrumental in increasing the revenues of company from inception to Rs 130 Crore. Mr. Ravi Sandhu has also experienced the real estate development space in the capacity of Promoter and Director of GEE City Builders Pvt. Ltd, developing and marketing over 600 apartments near Chandigarh under the brand name “Rishi Apartments” Jayrcon Builders Pvt. Ltd. is the solo venture of Ravi Sandhu started with a vision to incorporate best practices in construction to provide timely and quality product to its clients in the real estate in NCR. The experience gained in the long stint as Managing Director of a mid sized Construction Company as well as the pitfalls faced as Director of a Real Estate Development company, puts Mr. Ravi Sandhu in the unique position of understanding the needs and requirements of both sides of the coin viz: the “Client and the Contractor”.
