Advice to students searching for jobs during periods of fewer vacancies AGR Graduate Recruitment Survey 2009  Demonstrate a genuine commitment to the career.  Focus on your application, in particular making sure your application is specific to the organisation to which you are applying. Don't make any typos or grammatical mistakes.  I want to hire graduates who want to work in our business and therefore, they need to know what they want. Graduates who are indecisive are not hired.  Show commitment to the employer
