13. 4-H Afterschool Resources USDA grant partially funded state-wide Educator training and curricula resources JCPenney Afterschool Fund partially funded train-the-trainer roll-out conference South Dakota received one of 15 grants from JCPenney Afterschool Fund to develop 4-H Afterschool in Roberts County in cooperation with Sisseton-Wahpeton Community College, a 1994 institution.
