14 Paul Doyle Hereward College14 What next for Level 2 The following points have been agreed with City& Guilds with regard to timescales and the production of the Level 2 qualification. Meeting with City & Guilds 6th June 2005 to discuss learning outcomes Meeting 27th June with City & Guilds 2005 to finalise all unit learning outcomes and to moderate some of the units July: Early dialogue with QCA and SSC consultation Remaining standards plus one assignment written and moderated in July 2005

QCA second consultation August 2005 Further suggestions made within 5/6 weeks discussion takes place with writing group, amendments made mapping to NOS and Key Skills gets done Formally submitted to QCA - October 2005 (late) After 2 months can be signed off (if no problems) Setup on City and Guilds System December 2005 Published on City and Guilds website January 2006. Hereward are in consultation with City and Guilds with regard to developing a Level 3 NVQ in Assistive Technology.Hereward are in consultation with City and Guilds with regard to developing a Level 3 NVQ in Assistive Technology.
