2. 2 Process for Existing User Sign Up Click on New Transactional Portal. Transporter can signup by clicking on the link e-Services->Transporter Signup for Transitpass.

3. 3 Continue… Transporter account has been successfully created. A Verification Mail for Account Sign will be sent to your registered email id.

4. 4 Continue… After clicking the verification link, the transporter will be redirected to his verification Page.

5. 5 Continue… Click on the email verification link which has been received in your email.

6. 6 Continue… Once you click on the link, a page will appear to enter the ‘Email ID’, ‘Mobile Number’ and ‘Verification Code’ as sent to your email id. After that click on Verify Code button.

7. 7 Continue… After mobile is verified, a confirmation mail will be sent to mail with your login Credentials for your account created

8. 8 Continue… Transporter can login with the Login Credential send in his mail in the portal.

9. 9 Continue… After first time login the Transporter will have to update his credentials.

10. 10 Continue… The Transporter will have to Re-Login with his updated credentials.

11. 11 Continue… After logging with his credential the transporter will be able to view his dashboard.

12. 12 Continue… Transporter can generate new transit pass by clicking on the link e-Services->Transit Movement

13. 13 Continue… The Transporter will have to download the ODS TEMPLATE

15. 15 Continue… Fill the following details for generating of Transitpass as Checkpost Details,Drivers Details,Seller Details,Buyer Details,Invoice Details.Click (+) to add new row.

16. 16 Continue… After filling all data click on Validate to generate the xml file.

18. 18 Continue… Transporter will have to upload the corresponding xml file generated.

19. 19 Continue… After successfully uploading the xml file,Transitpass will be generated. Transporter can print the generated transitpass by clicking on the Transit number.

20. 20 Continue… Transporter must take the printout of generated Transitpass at this point.
