8 Technical Implementations Create basic track “FA Eaglenet Checklist base” for all students Requires student to complete FAFSA Once FAFSA arrives, remainder of requirements assigned based on term Custom tracks created for each term

9 Technical Implementations Custom paragraph written Checks to see what codes need to be assigned using CRG Each morning the custom paragraph runs to see what students have satisfied requirements Creates a saved list for each CMC code that is on the track

10 Technical Implementations Use CRG to mark appropriate codes as received This is reflected on the Checklist for the student to see Built into two CMC codes are e-mails that let the student know: –They can now use the Financial Aid Checklist and instructions on how to read it –Their money is disbursed and when they can and can’t use it at the Kirkwood Bookstore
