Placebo plays a part in my clinical outcomes. When I am feeling good myself my clinical outcomes seem to be better. I feel drained at the end of a days work Certain clients I know I am not going to get very far with. What we are aware of we are in control of, what we are not aware of is in control of us. There a dynamic relationship between ourselves and the people we work with. We pay lots of attention to the person we work with but what about our part in this dynamic relationship?
