Key Leadership Development Principle Jesus had time to observe the disciples in various levels of ministry. Ideally, every key leader should be proven by his/her ministry track record. They should be the heroes of the church for others to follow (“Follow my example, as I follow the example of Christ” 1 Cor 11:1 NIV) GHC Level 4
