The Pitch Competition is a fact of life so to help gain a competitive edge it is advantageous to have a work force that is proficient in the principles and practices of quality. The best and easiest way to demonstrate this proficiency is through professional certification. Certifications are advantageous to both individuals and employers because they validate that the workforce has the skills and knowledge to ensure the quality of products and services. ASQ offers over 17 professional certifications ranging from inspector and technician to manager and master black belt. This presentation will discuss how certification is an investment in an individual’s career and in the future of their employer.
