How might an emphasis on using data influence your organisation’s chosen indicators? How have you built systems for measuring, reporting and use of social data in your FIs What have been the challenges in setting up this system? What principles and learnings can you draw on from the work of OI- A/AMK/EDA/peers to ensure effective data for SPM?
