2. Status of ratification and data reporting Ratification:Ratification:  The following Parties have not yet completed the ratification process of all Amendments to the Montreal Protocol: Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan and Turkmenistan  Decision XIX/1 urged all states to complete the ratification process and ensure protection of the ozone layer

3. Data reporting Data reporting:  All parties except Uzbekistan in this network have reported data for 2006. Potential non- compliance issues arising from data reports have been resolved  None of the Parties in the network has reported data for 2007

4.  Decision XIX/25 requested the Implementation Committee to review the 2006 data at its next meeting in July 2008  The decision encouraged all Parties to continue reporting data under Article 7 as soon as figures are available and preferably by 30 June each year as agreed in decision XV/15

5. Recommendations of the 39th ImpCom meeting for ECA network countries Azerbaijan(Recommendation 39/3) Outstanding compliance issue:  Status report on efforts in conjunction with UNEP to implement additional institutional strengthening project approved by GEF

6. -ImpCom Recommendation 39/3  The ImpCom urged Party to work with UNEP to expedite implementation of the project and submit report to the Secretariat by 29 February 2008  No report has been submitted to the Secretariat yet
