4  Language Arts: parts of speech, grammar, sentences and WRITING  Math: decimals, geometry, multiplication, division, algebra, & fractions!  Science: scientific method, cells/genetic traits, rocks, motion and properties of matter  Reading: book reports, reading in class, literature units and home reading  Social Studies: Colonies, Revolutionary War, Constitution, Expansion and Civil War  Art, Music, Health, PE  Computers: power point, keyboarding, publishing, Excel  Time management and personal behavior  Character Traits!! 12 Look for the homework folder daily & e-mail on Friday to remind about the newsletter and calendar! Look at WEBSITE frequently! Read the agenda book! Help in classroom ?!? Volunteers!! MAP/ISAT volunteers! Read to/with your child Ask questions (me first!) – come to the classroom!
