2 GROUP C: PRACTICE “The program made all the difference to my gaining the position I wanted.” Examples of ‘good practice’ are often hidden yet the positive outcomes and strategies employed could benefit many others. Examples of ‘good practice’ are often hidden yet the positive outcomes and strategies employed could benefit many others. This workshop will give delegates the opportunity to share ‘good practice’ in the form of a program or service, strategy, resource or research initiative. In doing so we intend to uncover ‘good practice’ in a range of career and employment related areas which will include ‘workplace learning’ with a focus on practical issues relating to: Practicums; Practicums; job placements; job placements; work shadowing; work shadowing; mentoring schemes mentoring schemes
