What is MediaVisor? MediaVisor is a web-based planning, buying and campaign management workflow solution that automates many time-consuming, repetitive administrative tasks and helps eliminate the paper chase

I am trying to issue a Change Order, Please HELP? Change Order = Increase in Net Cost Cancellation Order = Decrease in Net Cost. CH/CO were only generated if the Net Cost of a proposal was modified Workaround: Add/Subtract a penny to the Net Cost! Cancellation Orders did not “Cancel Orders.” Workaround: Users were required to “zero-out” all cancelled proposal elements.

So what changes were made? CH/CO are generated by a modification to many fields. Change Orders = Any change +/- to the proposal Cancellation Orders = Full Cancellation of Proposal Additional Minor Changes

Information Description (Opportunity Description) = CH Positioning (Page Positioning) = CH Placement URL = No CH Pricing Model (Rate Type) = CH Units - a change = CH Rate (Net Rate) = CH Net Cost - a change = CH Start Date - a change = CH End Date - a change = CH Specification Dimensions (Creative Dimensions) = CH Restrictions (K Size and Looping) – No CH Third Party Tracked (Served) = CH Notes (Additional Information) – No CH Proposal Opportunity Management Unselect an Element – a change = CH Insert a New Element (no limit) = CH Serving Options = CH IO Notes – No CH Associate Creative – No CH

So, how do we issue a CH? Decreases in Net cost will now generate a CH not a CO.

Cancellation Orders = Full Cancellation of Proposal Users will no longer need to “zero-out” proposals, to act as CO’s. Details page will indicate CO status Status Bar Messages will be displayed to help navigate the process.

Additional Minor Changes All IO’s/CH’s/CO’s now contain the Campaign Name. CH/CO’s are now able to map Terms to an individual sites. Previously, this functionality was only available for IO’s CH/CO Special Instructions will now appear directly below the Inventory.

Everyone was forced to be a manager, Why? Only “Managers” could approve proposals. Only “Managers” could add agency site Contacts. A Manager “View” could see all Clients/Campaigns.

Permission Structure A Manager is a user with access to all the features in a MV Agency. Administrative Permissions Only users with managers privileges can: Create a Client Create other users Enable users' access to clients Change users' passwords Managing campaign access (as a non-owner) A Planner is a user who accesses MV to set-up and manage media campaigns. A Planner is able to: Create a Campaign. Create and manage the RFP process Manage/approve proposals, media plans, add agency contacts and manage budgets Traffic (port) MV campaigns/proposal elements/creative directly into DFA Issue a payment (reconciliation) request.

Can someone please explain “Porting?” History: Porting info from DFA to MV ended at the Site Placement level. Ads/Creatives did not exist in MV MV-DFA Porting occurred once. Changes: Creative Library/Concept of Creative. Creative Associations in MV represent ads in DFA. MV-DFA Porting may occur as often as changes are made.

Why can’t I connect to DFA? Prerequisites: 1. Your MV network must be “DFA enabled” 2. Your MV login must be linked to a valid DFA login. 3. Your MV client must be linked to DFA.

Porting a Campaign into DFA Campaign Properties Tab: Users are not able to import existing campaigns from DFA. Be sure to port campaign from MV to DFA.

How do Proposal elements become Site Placements? Port Proposal Elements to DFA Proposal Elements are ported to DFA on a per-site basis. Elements can be ported once the IO is marked “Approved” Check the status. Select elements and click Update/Create button.

Uploading items to the Creative Library Creative Library is on the client level. Creative Library allows you to “Add Sizes.” Creative Library will accept: Standard images (.gif, jpg, etc.) Rich Media Placeholders Click Commands Image redirects.
