28 –CERVIS Overview Cervis is a Cloud Based Volunteer Management Solution Cervis features include Registration, Communication, Scheduling, Sign-in, Tracking and Reporting The Greater Cleveland Food Bank has been using Cervis since mid 2013 Prior to 2013 the Greater Cleveland Food Bank used a custom built tracking module on our Convio hosted website The Greater Cleveland Food Bank recorded 67,394 volunteer service hours from 14,244 volunteers during the 2014 Fiscal year Reasons CERVIS Selected Cost (Bang for the Buck) Sign in Console functionality Integration with existing website Met majority of feature requirements
