19 September 2011 1.Attend weekly meetings. 2.Maintain the minutes from the weekly meetings and the executive board meetings. 3.Forward copies of the weekly meeting’s minutes to the housing student leaders, RHA representatives and the administration as deemed necessary by the executive board. 4.Oversee all votes. 5.Assist the president and other officers with the administrative duties of this organization. 6.Prepare the secretary-elect for the office of secretary's responsibilities and duties. 7.Maintain and update as necessary the RHA historical files. 8.Create a scrapbook of that year's organization.
