2 Discipline & Rankbook Parameters Identify Targets and Aggressors Find Incidents At-a-Glance Student View Enhanced Messaging Capability Enhanced Reporting Teacher Behavior Referrals

3 Discipline Parameters Parameters define consequences defaults, allow consequences to be scheduled on a Saturday and enable the Bullying system.

4 Rankbook Parameters Security System>Teacher Rankbook Parameters

5 Add/Modify Discipline Add/Modify Discipline>Select Student>Click

6 Identify Targets Identify Target of this bullying incident. Identify Additional Targets if applicable. Lookup student name using alpha lookup.

7 Additional Aggressors Identify additional Aggressors in this incident. A discipline record will be created for each aggressor identified. Use alpha lookup tool.

8 Complete Incident Complete the discipline incident, including “report to DOE” fields if applicable.

9 Assign Consequences Enter consequences and click on

10 Find Incidents Enhanced filtering options include bullying only, aggressors or targets only, or both.

11 Find Incidents Administrators will use Find Incidents to locate and process open Teacher Behavior Referrals.

12 Click on the next to the incident ID to open expanded view of related incidents. Find Incidents

13 At-a-Glance Related Incidents Once the is clicked, an expanded view of related incidents opens and includes a year to date summary of incidents for this student.

14 Student History Click on the Student Name to view or modify additional incidents for this student.

15 View & Modify Incidents Screen provides an at-a-glance view for Bullying incidents, consequences and time owed/served.

16 View & Modify Incidents The bottom of this screen displays a Year-to-Date Discipline Summary for this student.

21 View & Modify Incidents Click on incident ID to view/modify incident, or click on Print to print out a summary of the incident.

22 View & Modify Incidents Clicking on incident ID opens the incident and includes related incidents display with active link to related incidents.

23 Behavior Dashboard Behavior Dashboard allows administrators real- time display of current Discipline data. Development

24 Enhanced Messaging Once an incident has been created, use Find Incidents to open the incident and use the messaging function by clicking on

25 Create and Send a Message Select the recipients of the message and use the text editor to enter your message.

26 Record of Message Sent Once a message has been sent, a record of the message including the recipient list is created at the bottom of the student incident.

27 New Bullying Report Report on Bullying Incidents with multiple filters including Aggressors, Targets or both.

29 Teacher Behavior Referrals Teachers can enter Behavior Referrals from Rankbook or from iTeacher Link Eliminate Paper Records and Data Entry Administrators Process Referrals Teachers Can View Incidents they have Reported

30 Teacher Behavior Referrals Select items to be included in iTeacher Menu

31 Teacher Behavior Referrals This link will give teachers the ability to enter behavior referrals for any enrolled students in the school.

32 Teacher Behavior Referrals If teachers are allowed to designate Bullying Incidents, they will see this screen.

33 Teacher Behavior Referrals If teachers are NOT allowed to designate bullying incidents, they will see this screen.

34 Teacher Behavior Referrals Teachers select the incident, additional incidents, additional students, location, time and period and enter comments

35 Teacher Behavior Referrals Lookup Behavior Referral Teachers can monitor the incidents they have created Teachers can view consequences for incidents they have created
