3. ICDC ITINERARY  April 22: Arrive in Nashville!  April 23: Visit Downtown Nashville & Opening Session  April 24: Testing & Academies  April 25: Preliminary Competitions & Academies  April 26: Mini Awards, Final Competitions and Grand Awards  April 27: Travel Day

4. LUGGAGE REQUIREMENTS  Carry-on Bags  Southwest Airlines limits carry-on bag dimensions to 10 x 16 x 24 inches.  Personal-type items include purses, briefcases, cameras, food containers, or laptops (case included). Pet carriers are considered either a personal item or a carry-on item.  Check-in Bags  Southwest will accept the first two checked bags for free provided that the bags do not exceed 50 lbs and 62 inches (L+W+H). **Overweight items from 51 to 100 pounds and oversized items in excess of 62 inches but not more than 80 inches will be accepted for a charge of $75.00 per item one-way. Students are responsible for carrying their own luggage.

5. LUGGAGE COST  First checked bag: FREE  Second checked bag: FREE  Your child is responsible for being sure luggage is not overweight-we will not provide extra money-they will have to leave items.  If student purchases items they must have room in their luggage.  NO LIQUIDS IN CARRY-ON BAGS.

6. FLIGHT INFORMATION  We will depart from Washington Reagan Airport at 6:20 AM on Friday, April 22 nd and return on Wednesday, April 27 th at 3:55 PM.  Students will need to report to the Southwest Ticket Counter no later than 4:45.  Transportation will not be provided by the school to the airport; students are responsible for getting to and from the airport.

7. AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION  Metro Livery  $400 round trip  Transport to airport to hotel and from hotel to airport

9. BOARD INFORMATION  If your student has presentation boards, you need to independently ship them to our hotel with the following information on the OUTSIDE of the box  Your students name  The arrival date (April 22)

10. OFFICIAL DECA BLAZER  Online orders due tomorrow, April 8.  Google: DECA Images  Find the Official Blazer  This is the student responsibility.

11. FUNDRAISING  Yankee Candle (all orders were due yesterday- students earned 40% of their total sales)  Sponsorships  Car Washes

12. EXTRA MONEY  Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and Snacks  Any souvenirs your student purchases  Possibly extra luggage cost

13. FINAL PAYMENT  All payments in full are due no later than Wednesday, April 13 if paying by check.  Final payments in cash are due by Tuesday, April 19.  We have balance statements available tonight.
