What level can I study at? Intermediate Apprenticeship Level 2 12– 18 months Advanced Apprenticeship Level 3 12 – 48 months Higher Apprenticeship Level 4 12 – 14 months

How are they delivered? Day release Apprentice visits North Hertfordshire College one day per week/month. 100% Workplace North Hertfordshire College assessor visits you at work.

What will I earn? The majority of Apprentices are employed full time from 30 hours-40 hours per week. Weekly wage around and in excess of £102.00

8 weeks traineeship 4 weeks in classroom followed by 3 weeks in work placement 1 week back in the classroom Gain/improve Employability skills to help prepare you for the workplace BBC Traineeship

The College find employers who can offer a work placement opportunity. The College recruit suitable trainees. SUPPORTED BY A PLACEMENT COACH Employability Skills Programme Maths & English Assessment & Support The trainees attend a four week intensive employability skills & Digital/Social media training programme aimed at helping them prepare for the workplace. Each trainee has a Maths & English assessment. On successful completion of the four week intensive employability skills training programme the trainees go onto a work placement for a period of 3 weeks. On completion of the work placement the trainee may be offered a job. Where the trainee doesn’t get offered a job the employer will provide the trainee with a reference and the College will provide additional support to help find a position that’s right for the trainee.
