Two covenants

Ecc 1:9 That which has been is what will be, That which is done is what will be done, And there is nothing new under the sun.

Typology definition: Typology is a method of biblical interpretation whereby an element found in the Old Testament is seen to prefigure one found in the New Testament. The initial one is called the type and the fulfilment is designated the antitype. - Reference: Theopedia

1Co 15:46 However, the spiritual is not first, but the natural, and afterward the spiritual.

If the natural Israel is a type, the antitype will be the spiritual Israel. – Gal 4:22 – 31

1Co 15:46 However, the spiritual is not first, but the natural, and afterward the spiritual. If the natural Israel is a type, the antitype will be the spiritual Israel. – Gal 4:22 – 31 Rev 3:14 – 22

Natural Israel: God made covenant with the natural Israel at mount Sinai/Horeb through Moses/the law. This covenant was with the people who; 1.Passed over (from slavery) 2.Were circumcised (in the flesh) God wanted a kingdom of priests, HIS own special people – Ex 19:3 – 11

1. What is covenant and the purpose thereof? The term "covenant" is of Latin origin (con venire), meaning a coming together. It presupposes two or more parties who come together to make a contract, agreeing on promises, stipulations, privileges, and responsibilities. Bible study tools.com

Insurance is covenant (Protection)

Marriage is covenant (Exclusivity)

Insurance is covenant (Protection) Marriage is covenant (Exclusivity) Business partners have covenant (Partnership)

Insurance is covenant (Protection) Marriage is covenant (Exclusivity) Business partners have covenant (Partnership) Employers and employees have covenant (Order)

Insurance is covenant (Protection) Marriage is covenant (Exclusivity) Business partners have covenant (Partnership) Employers and employees have covenant (Order) Covenant is not an uncommon thing, nor is it attributed to the Bible only.

In the Bible God uses human attributes to liken His covenant to, for example marriage. This does not mean that we are physically married to God, although we have covenant with Him. Mat 22:30 For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels of God in heaven. It is clear from this statement of Jesus that marriage is an earthly concept. – Rom 6:19

2. With whom is our covenant?

The lamb of God = The plan of God

John testifies in John 1:29 & 36 of Jesus as the lamb of God. Jesus Christ – as the lamb – had to take away the sin of the world. Jesus Christ, at this point in time, was the only son of God, the only “14” or “42”, the only one born from above. He was the only one in the plan of God, the only lamb of God.

The lamb of God = The plan of God Jesus was not a lamb, he was a man. He was likened to a lamb.

The lamb of God = The plan of God Jesus was not a lamb, he was a man. He was likened to a lamb. Rom 8:36 As it is written: "For Your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.”

The lamb of God = The plan of God Jesus was not a lamb, he was a man. He was likened to a lamb. Rom 8:36 As it is written: "For Your sake we are killed all day long; We are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.” Every person who passes over into the plan of God becomes part of the lamb of God.

Rev 19:7 – 9 Rom 7:1 – 4

Jer 31:32 not according to the covenant that I made with their fathers in the day that I took them by the hand to lead them out of the land of Egypt, My covenant which they broke, though I was a husband to them, says the Lord.

Isa 54:5 For your Maker is your husband, The Lord of hosts is His name; And your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel; He is called the God of the whole earth.

The natural Israel was not married to the law or Moses. Their covenant was with God.

Isa 54:5 For your Maker is your husband, The Lord of hosts is His name; And your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel; He is called the God of the whole earth. The natural Israel was not married to the law or Moses. Their covenant was with God. The spiritual Israel is not married to grace or Jesus. Our covenant is with God.

3. Why does Christ in Me International claim to have covenant?

Gen 17:11 and you shall be circumcised in the flesh of your foreskins, and it shall be a sign of the covenant between Me and you. This was the natural, the type. The spiritual/antitype – Col 2:11 In Him you were also circumcised with the circumcision made without hands, by putting off the body of the sins of the flesh, by the circumcision of Christ,

Christ in Me International has the circumcision of Christ as a sign.

4. Is the covenant exclusive to Christ in Me International?

God made the covenant of circumcision with Abraham. God affirmed this covenant anew with Moses and the Israelites when the time for the promise to be fulfilled approached. – Natural type

God made the spiritual covenant with Jesus Christ. God affirmed this covenant anew with Xandré and Christ in Me International when the time for the promise to be fulfilled approached. – Spiritual antitype.

Christ in Me International has covenant with God. Christ in Me International has covenant with it’s members. The latter is a representation of the covenant that we have with our heavenly Father. Like the covenant with Father, there are certain precepts. Our members become part of the covenant by celebrating the Passover. Because Christ in Me International has covenant with God, all our members have covenant with God.

Christ in Me International does not claim to be the spiritual Israel, although we form part thereof as the spiritual Judah. Christ in Me International is the antitype David and Judah, building the kingdom and restoring the house of the LORD.
