Pre-deployment Training | 11 Servicemembers’ Civil Relief Act – 2003 (SCRA) Under the SCRA you may qualify for any or all of the following: Reduced interest rate on mortgage payments, credit card debt and car payments Protection from mortgage foreclosure, seizure of property secured by the mortgage Protection from eviction if your rent is $2,400 or less Delay of all civil court actions such as bankruptcy, foreclosure or divorce
