2. Thank you for your registration! (The registration desk opens today all day long. Only in the morning tomorrow and last day.) Registration

3. Please check the time, title and others whether they are good for you. Please upload your presentation file to the indico by yourself beforehand if possible. (This helps us see it during the meeting and also record the presentation smoothly.) If you have not done it yet, please do it during the meeting or ask the KEK convener to retrieve to KEK PC through such device as memory stick (before you make your presentation). 4. (Updated) Program is on the Meeting Indico Homepage. 5. Coffee Coffee (and tea) will be served from 8:30 everyday with pastries and snacks in the entrance hall.

6. Tour The tour to our X-band related facilities will be on tomorrow afternoon. The places are: Nextef (X-band RF facility), Ultra-precision Machining Laboratory, High Precision Measuring Room. If you’d like to participate the tour, please sign-up on the paper posted at the registration desk. The paper will be posted until the afternoon session starts (14:00).

7. We are sorry that only Cafeteria is available in KEK. (It is always crowded from 12:00 to12:30. Early lunch may be recommended. This is why we have planned the morning session finished at 11:45….) You can buy some foods at the grocery store too. It locates near to the Cafeteria. Lunch

8. Printer is available. Please use the note PC in this room which is linked to a printer on this floor. Note that PC mounts Japanese OS and if you need help please let us know. A small meeting room (#127) on the same floor is reserved for this collaboration meeting. The room is opened during working time. Printer etc.

9. For those who stay at KEK dormitory. Please pay your fee at Users Office in KEK International Center during your stay. Information on transportation (bus service, taxi..) is at the registration desk. Some booklets and flyers. You can buy the NATT’S bus ticket from Tsukuba Center to Narita Airport at the Grocery store. If you need a taxi, ask the secretary (or KEK people) for reservation. Accommodations
