3 Background – What is it? Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 The new joint assessment framework for local services from 2009 Replaces –CPA –Children’s services Joint Area Reviews JAR’s and Annual Performance Assessment APA’s –Social services star ratings for Adults
