2 Acute Image Transfer Network Barnes-Jewish Hospital Trauma Services, Barnes-Jewish Hospital Stroke & Cerebrovascular Services, Washington University Maternal Fetal Medicine and St. Louis Children’s Hospital Trauma Services have partnered with ScImage to provide an easy method to receive and review images of acute transfer patients. Using web-based ‘CLOUD’ technology, DICOM images can be sent easily and securely real-time, from remote participating hospitals to the appropriate group of specialists at SLCH, WUMFM and BJH. Each authorized user can access patient image exams from any internet browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc) Internet Address: www.PICOMWEB.comwww.PICOMWEB.com

3 Support For support during normal business hours, including new accounts, call the BJC Clinical Engineering Customer Support at: – 636-717-3600 To request transfer of images into LILA, email PACS_SUPPORT_CENTRAL@BJC.ORG

4 Basic Log In and Viewing Instructions Go to picomweb.com Your User ID is your ClinDesk ID. Your INITIAL Password is the same as your user ID – For example: Username = abc1234 ; Password = abc1234 Depending on your browser version, picomweb.com will present one of two views of the application.

5 Views Browser IE 8 and below Browser IE 8 with Google Chrome and above as well as all others safari, firefox, Mozilla etc

7 Reset your password Please note that your password is NOT synchronized with your ClinDesk password. We recommend you set your password to match your ClinDesk password. Click the Account Tab, then Change Password Enter current/initial password, then new password, confirm new password, click OK

8 Search Options – By Name Click Magnifying glass, then enter last name, then click arrow

9 Search Options – By Date Click Magnifying glass, then click “quick dates” dropdown, then select date range, then click on arrow NOTE: The system remembers your last query when you log out. If you log out with a “today” query active, when you log in a week from now, the search will say today but will actually search the date on which you logged out. To resolve, select another date range (like yesterday), execute(click arrow), then re-select the Today query.
