Overview OASIS facilitates feedback in support of the ICOP scheme Feedback requests (tickets) can be created by any registered OASIS user Two paths are available for creating feedback requests Path 1 – Data Search section / My Feedback function Path 2 – Data Search section / Certified Suppliers Directory function Options differ depending on path chosen In either case, originators manage the status of requests they initiate An additional path is available to receive notification of certification changes for selected suppliers Page 2

Feedback Process Summary OASIS facilitates feedback in support of the ICOP scheme: From Customers to Certification Bodies (Feedback Loop B) From Certification Bodies to Customers (Feedback Loop C) From registered users to Accreditation Bodies, Certification Bodies, IAQG Executive Leaders, Strategy Stream Leaders or Document Representatives Two paths are available to create feedback requests (tickets) depending on options desired An additional path is available to receive updates on certification changes for selected suppliers Overall, the feedback process provides an on-line mechanism to foster communication and drive process improvement.
