Additional CARE Services that Add Value for GARCO CARE’s services eliminates the need for GARCO to euthanize unwanted animals. For fifteen years, CARE has provided multiple programs to GARCO citizens, as well as basic animal control services. CARE is partially funded by private donations, which offset the cost of services provided to GARCO. CARE’s staff and hundreds of community stakeholders/volunteers work for the benefit of animals and citizens.
