2. Jackson’s History  Born 1767 in between North and South Carolina  During the Revolution, Jackson receives scars from an English soldier while trying to defend his home from the British. He is merely a child.

3. The election of 1828 In America, the wealthy began to support political candidates. the Democratic Party which supports Jackson and the National Republicans(Federalists) which support John Quincy Adams. Each Party have nominating conventions where they choose their candidates.
