3. APPLICATION AND DOSAGE BHAVIFLOCK 5070ST can be dosed directly or in line water dilution in hydropulper, machine chest, broke chest or any other suitable point for optimum performance. Dosages range from 250 gms to 2 kgs/tonne depending upon the cationic demand of the system. BHAVIFLOCK 5070ST used in conjunction with high molecular weight polymers, gives maximum performance in the paper machine when fed prior to the high molecular weight product in the screen area. BHAVIFLOCK 5070ST can be fed directly using a metering pump but In line dilution is recommended to ensure uniform distribution in the paper stock.
