7 Ohio Law Initiative - voters circulate a petition with a new law - if 10 percent of state voters sign the petition, the new law is placed on the next statewide ballot as an Issue - If voters approve the Issue, it becomes State Law Referendum -Same process can be used to change or remove an existing law
