Page THE OVERSEAS INVESTMENT OFFICE REVIEWS SIGNIFICANT INVESTMENT APPLICATIONS 10 The Overseas Investment Act (2005) regulates the acquisitions by overseas persons of: 25% or greater, ownership or control of interests in sensitive New Zealand land significant business assets.
