2. 2 Session Guidelines - Paper Presenters Stick to the time limit of 30 minutes per presentation  20-25 minutes for presentation  5-10 minutes for Q&A Summarize papers--Do not read Requests to upload a revision of an accepted paper or make changes to a paper’s metadata (e.g. author name, author order, affiliations, title, spelling corrections, etc.) will be accepted and made within seven (7) business days after the LAST day of the conference. Any requests submitted after this date will not be made. Please submit these requests by e-mail to AIAA at Jessicas@aiaa.org. Jessicas@aiaa.org

3. 3 Audiovisual Laser pointer in each room - Please leave for next presenter  Should you need a new laser pointer please notify AIAA staff or A/V technician Computers (not all conferences)  For most efficient transition between presentations preload presentations onto the provided computer. Questions/problems? See AIAA staff or A/V technician  There is a card by the LCD projector with trouble shooting tips as well as a cell phone number for AV support.
