In Spain there are 17 autonomous communities and 2 cities, which are located on the north coast of Africa. All of the communities have their own government. CAUDETE IS LOCATED IN THE REGION OF 'CASTILLA LA MANCHA' IN THE PROVINCE OF ALBACETE. One of the most important legacies of the Spanish culture is the knighthood novel 'Don Quijote de la Mancha', written by Miguel de Cervantes in 1606. This novel is developed in many sites of our region. CASTILLA LA MANCHA

The province of Albacete is close to the provinces of the Mediterranean sea, Valencia, Alicante, and Murcia, also it’s near the centre of Spain, about two hours drive from Madrid. ALBACETE

Important events of Caudete The Moros y Cristianos event is the representation of the Muslim invasion of Caudete, and later Christian reconquest by the troops of James I of Aragon. The Episodios Caudetanos it's a type of embassy between Muslims and Christians it's based on a seventeenth-century text in three acts. The actors are citizens that represent different characters.
10
But, the important event for our project is, yes …dancing…dancing. In Caudete there are “The dances of the child”. Many couples, dressed in typical costumes, dance in the streets of the town to traditional music. This event is celebrated at Christmas.
11
In Caudete there is a school named “El Paseo”, it is our school, and we love it.
12
Its name “El Paseo” means the walk. It takes the name from a local park called El Paseo, where people usually go for a walk and where the old school building used to be located. This is the old building of our school. Nowadays, it’s a Municipal School of Music and Dance.
13
And here is the new school. This building is for children at Primary level: from 6 to 12 years old.
14
And this is the building for preschool children (from 3 to 5 years old). Between the two buildings there is a pedestrian street.
