Purpose of ‘Culture for All’: - Enhance cultural diversity and inter-cultural dialogue in Kosovo - Strengthening the cultural sector as a vector of creativity and social innovation - Develop the cultural industry as an asset for Kosovo’s economy and competitiveness Relevant EU funded projects: Culture for All & Kids Festival – ‘Play for All’

4. 3 Components – Culture for All 1. Support to cultural operators & existing events in main cities 2. Promotion of inter-community and/or intra- community cultural exchanges 3. Benefits for Kosovo Youth: - Increased opportunities for leisure activities & exchanges - especially in remote areas of Kosovo - Concrete contribution to preserve cultural diversity in Kosovo - Higher prospects of exchanges with/support from the EU for young cultural actors once Kosovo becomes eligible to take part in the Community Programme on Culture Relevant EU funded projects: Culture for All & Kids Festival – ‘Play for All’

Purpose of the Kids Festival: - Building confidence among young generations in Kosovo - Provide a safe space for all children in Kosovo to enjoy recreational and educational activities The implementing partner is SOS Children’s Villages which will have to organise two editions of the Festival activities: in 2010 & in 2011 Relevant EU funded projects: Culture for All & Kids Festival – ‘Play for All’

7. 4 main components in the Kids Festival – Play for All 1. Travelling theater 2. Travelling cinema 3. School competitions (on environment, etc) 4.
