4 Reports that are due  Monthly personnel reports for split time staff paid by federal funds  Semi annual certification reports for staff paid 100% by federal funds (next certification in June)  Quarterly Reports due January 18

5 What you need to do now!  Nonpublic Schools  Mid year consultation (LEA Responsibility) Check on program implementation Collect low income data Set date for next consultation Check the data to ensure a match to Title I schools Assure enrollment data is correct with contractor Reminder about the amendment process and “signing off” again!  Monitoring  Locate the letter from your superintendent’s office  Contact your monitor and agree on the monitoring date and the site schedule  Communicate the date with all relevant staff and parents  Login and register in Fed Monitor, start the process https://www.federalmonitor.com/_pa/index.asp
