2. THE VIEW FROM THE SHARD
The Shard is a landmark building on the London skyline, designed by Master Architect Renzo Piano. At a height of 1,016ft (310m), The Shard is the tallest building in Western Europe, and is set to become a dynamic symbol of London, recognisable throughout the world.
Opening on 1st February 2013, The View is situated at the top of The Shard, on floors 68, 69 and 72, and is almost twice the height of any other viewing platform in London. Prepare to embark on a multi-sensory journey to 244m (800ft) above of one of the greatest cities on earth.
The View from The Shard boasts a triple-height viewing gallery on Level 69, offering unrivalled 360 degree views over London for up to 40 miles. Guests may also ascend to the highest accessible point of The Shard, Level 72, an open-air viewing platform exposed to the elements and sounds of the city below, offering the chance to gaze up to the shards of glass that form the top of the sculptural building as they disappear into the sky.
The View from The Shard is a truly unique new venue for London and the perfect setting for a wide range of exclusive events from morning into night.

Last tickets to the attraction will be sold at 12:30* allowing access to suppliers/client from 14:00 with guest arrivals at 15:30 and presentations finishing at 18:00 with departures at 19:30
*The hire fee for the View from The Shard includes all attraction staff, venue security costs and cleaning costs
The View from The Shard visitor attraction opening hours in December are Sunday – Wednesday - 10am to 7pm. The venue hire fee listed above include all lost revenue from the early closure of the attraction.
