1 Copyright© 2012 Microsoft CorporationNDA Disclosure Only This presentation discusses how to position Skype in conversations with enterprises, especially relative to Lync. This is meant as reactive content for customers who require a Skype briefing and to help channel customers’ excitement and interest in Skype towards Lync, our only enterprise-ready offer for real-time communications. Essential to this is Lync/Skype interoperability, which is available in Lync 2013. Note: Skype relies on Skype.com for sales, contracts, support, and billing and does not have a dedicated sales team for enterprises. Skype has a small team of purchasing assistants based in Palo Alto, CA. Customers may interact directly with this team by filling in the chat request form at http://direct.skype.com. Microsoft account representatives can also submit requests using http://direct.skype.com/ms. Skype products are not available within Microsoft Volume Licensing, contracts or support agreements.http://direct.skype.comhttp://direct.skype.com/ms Additional information, including FAQs, can be found on Infopedia: http://infopedia/pages/Skype-Office.aspxhttp://infopedia/pages/Skype-Office.aspx
