1 Let’s look more closely at the reports you can access to monitor your students. In the tabs across the top of the page, select “Reports”. We’ll look at the ones that are likely to be most helpful for daily and weekly monitoring.

2 Reports we suggest We’ll look at four reports in the Reports Tab menu under Activity Reports- the Activity Completion report, the User Login History, the Post Assessment report, and the Post Assessment Attempts report. We’ll also look at the Student Dashboard,

3 The Activity Completion report shows the level(s) each student has completed, the level they are working on, the number of objectives completed, the total hours active in the program, and the date of their last log in. The User Login History report shows each login date and the amount of time spent for an individual student. The Post Assessment Attempts report shows students who have made more than 3 unsuccessful attempts to complete their assessment and will need teacher intervention to continue. The Post Assessment report shows the progress each student has made on each objective.

4 To run the Activity Completion Report, go to the “ Reports” tab across the top, then on the left menu under “Activity Reports”, select “Activity Completion”. Select your class, the time frame (ex.- one week), and the start and end dates. You can run the report as a PDF file or and Excel spreadsheet that you can move around in, highlight, etc.

5 This is a whole-class report. It will show additional levels if the student has “leveled up”. Level 4 to 5

6 To run the User Login History, go to the “ Reports” tab across the top, then on the left menu under “Activity Reports”, select “User Login History”. Select your class, the student, the time frame (ex.- one week), and the start and end dates.

7 This is an individual student report. It shows the student’s login history and total time worked. You could run the Total Hours Worked report to look at your whole class’ hours.

8 To run the Post Assessment Attempts report, go to the “ Reports” tab across the top, then on the left menu under “Activity Reports”, select “Activity Completion”. Select your class, the time frame (ex.- one week), and the start and end dates. You can run the report as a PDF file or and Excel spreadsheet that you can move around in, highlight, etc. Times they attempted the post-test These students will need help before continuing.

9 To run the Post Assessment report, go to the “ Reports” tab across the top, then on the left menu under “Student Reports”, select your class, a student and then From the drop-down menu select “Post Assessment Report”. You can also use the drop-down to find the Student Dashboard, shown on the next side. You can see the progress information the student sees.
