3 How social media can effect a business Less Face to Face Contact with Customers -There is no personal relationship with customers as social media is taking over. - Cannot get the full truth as you cannot find out though social media if a customer is truly happy as you cannot see there facial impressions.

4 How social media can be an advantage of a business A new way to attract new potential customers -As Everyone is on Social Media it is much easier to attract new customers by advertising on social media and running competitions on Facebook etc To let customers no bout new discounts and deals - You can keep them updated with new deals and discounts what you have going on in your business.

5 Article - Social Media is Forms of electronic communication Talks about how Facebook effects personal relationships -Survey finds out that it does effect personal relationships but social media helps to fix bonds and relationships between people. -Also finds out there is nothing better then face to face communication as we can see the reaction and impression of a human being instead of over a computer.

In relation to this Article, Toni and her staff are over the age of 40 and have not always used social media, they are a older generation that are learning to use social media and are good at Face to Face communication. Toni believes this is the best way to communicate to her customers.

7 Article -Facebook Cant replace face to face conversation The study proved 75% of conversations are still happing face to face. Less then 10% is on the internet That Facebook and other social media sites is a way to keep in contact with long lost friends

8 Conclusion I think it does not replace Face to Face communication at the moment but in a few years when the younger generation comes up it will more then likely have a bigger effect on Face to Face Communication. The younger generation at the moment is using social media all the time and is taking it as their way to communicate. I think in our days people are using social Media, as it is a handy way to keep in contact with friends and family when you have a busy lifestyle
