4 Our mission To improve health and well-being. We will be proactive in identifying the needs of our diverse and often marginalised communities. Our approach will enable and empower individuals to make positive, informed choices about their health and overall well-being. Additional screens: chlamydia, Hep C, syphilis  Outreach to LGBT venues, PSEs, saunas, YOI, homeless projects, faith groups, student groups, businesses  121 support, mentoring, including HIV Positive peer mentoring, BASK  Groups – Stop Smoking, Over 50s, Sexual and Gender exploration, Mindfulness  The Source magazine, 24s condoms and lube  Training  Support group for trans* and non-binary people and 121 support and advocacy  Health check: HIV, BMI and blood pressure, drug, alcohol and smoking check.
