29 28 Condition Monitoring Portal (CMP) Integrated and aggregated view of all sources of data for the CM Analyst to review and create a Case and Lead Manage large sets of alerts from multiple sources – SOS, VL Fault Codes, various sources of inspections, Service Letters Provide the ability to create fleets for monitoring purposes Alerts managed by exception through weighting capabilities Machines are scored to provide visibility to priority Alerts can be grouped together with Service Letters, previous work orders, SOS with VL Fault Codes to create a Case on the machine Cases are reviewed and recommendations given Case is transferred to a Lead within CRM to track and manage the opportunity
