Our Solar System By Ella Chilson There are 4 inner planets in our solar system. There is also 4 outer planets in our solar system. There is also meteorites in our solar system.

The Sun Sun is a ball of fire and it is vary bright. The sun can blind you. The fire that is coming off of the Sun is cooler than the Sun itself.

Mercury Mercury is almost the size of our Moon. Mercury is the closest to the sun. If it is the closest to the sun it is the hottest planet.

Venus Venus is made of volcanoes, craters, and mountain ranges, along with highland ranges. The inside of Venus is Nickel and Iron. 1 Orbit round the Sun is 224.701.

Earth The biggest inner planet is Earth. It is the 3 rd planet from the sun. Earth is able to have life on it.

Mars Mars is also known as the Red Planet. It has a red spot on it. Mars has a diameter of half of Earth.

Asteroid belt The Asteroid belt is a rock belt. It separates the inner planets from the outer planets. It is a bunch of asteroids.

Jupiter Jupiter is the 5 th planet from the sun. It has 63 moons. It is also the biggest planet.

Saturn Saturn has rings. Some rings are as huge as a house. Other rings are as small as a mouse.

Uranus Uranus is the 7 th planet from the Sun. Uranus spins on its side. It has rings.

Neptune Neptune is a weird place. Wind reach up to 1200 miles an hour. Neptune has 13 moons that scientist have found.

The Dwarf Planet Pluto Pluto is called a dwarf planet because it is too small. Pluto is the coldest planet in our solar system. You cannot see it unless you have a telescope.
