Time: Low ratio for Registered staff to Residents Staff turnover, and providing education to new staff Many new revisions of policies at the same time Staff buy-in How do you propose to move forward? We are going to put a system in place to instruct Registered Staff on when to complete the Post Fall Analysis and Fall Risk Assessment Create an education pamphlet for families and volunteers Ensure weekly meetings take place to review and update preventative strategies Challenges to Sustaining Falls Improvement
