12 Required CTE Program Components Coherent Sequence Offer a two or three-year sequence of courses in a specific program Standards Teach all of the state-designated program standards Teacher Certification Teacher appropriately certified per ADE CTE certification requirements Work-Based Offer work-based participation that connects classroom learning to work activities Program Review & Advisory Councils PCJTED Program Review, Annual Program Evaluation & Advisory Councils involve industry partners and stakeholders CTSO Students participate in Career and Technical Student Organizations such as DECA, FCCLA, HOSA, SkillsUSA, FEA, FFA, and FBLA Assessments Technical Skill Attainment Rate- Concentrators must attain career and technical skill proficiency determined by online program assessment Placement Rate The rate of graduates that are placed in a career, post- secondary school or military field, related to the CTE high school CTE program Graduation Rate The percent of students in a program that graduate Non-Traditional Enrollment and Completion Rates The percentage of non-trad students by gender AIMS Academic Attainment The percent age of students who passed AZ Instrument to Measure Standards Concentrator Student with two or more credits in single CTE program sequence
