EXPECTATIONS Speak French at all times Student MUST WANT to take part! Must follow rules of Auberge Must wear Name Tags at all times off campus and school shirt on travel days Digital cameras for photos (no phones) Cell phones collected after arrival at YUL Montreal Given cell access during certain evenings for specific periods of time for calling home Maple Creek Behaviour expectations applies Ambassadors for School, Community, Province

Student Behaviour Ability to Self-Regulate is a must Listening/following instructions Following rules of Auberge/different sites Inability can be inpedement to self/other students/adults on the trip/sites visited Not yet able – wait for high school where more opportunities will be provided

Quebec 2016 We are ambassadors! Represent school and province while off campus Expected to: Speak in French Display best behaviour We don’t want to send someone home at parents’ expense

Payment schedule First: $700.00 - Monday, November 16 th Second: $700.00 – Monday, February 15 th, 2016 Final: Friday, April 1 st, 2016 (Amount to be determined depending on the variables: final airfare and fees, sweatshirts, id cards, no. of TOC’s needed, etc.)

Payments must be given to Mme Burdock in her hands only! Mme Burdock is managing the financial aspect of the Quebec 2016 trip and cheques/money MUST only go to her. Room 101 bottom floor CANNOT BE GIVEN TO ANY OTHER TEACHERS OR TO THE OFFICE!
