5. 5 PACKAGING RECOVERY ORGANIZATION, MEAN FEATURES  Repack Plc is a public limited company, which do not distribute profit, and the accumulated funds are invested to set a sustainable separate collection systems of packaging waste at locals.  On 01.11.2004г. Repack Plc. obtained license № ООп-04- 00, issued by Ministry of Environment and Water to meet obligations of Art.11 of Waste Management Act and Regulation of packaging and packaging waste.

9. 9  During 2006 REPACK fulfill obligations of 1226 companies for recovery of packaging waste, which placed at the market 25 472 tones of packaging.  According legislation REPACK had to recover 35% of those packaging which means 8915 tones.  REPACK recycled – 14 564 tones.  Packaging waste collected from municipalities 40t. /monthly  Served population: ~ 233 000 inhabitants ATTAINED RESULTS 2006
