17 For Information only VCS commitment  A UK-wide target of at least 80% going to the VCS (previously 60%-70%)  Recognises major role for VCS in delivering outcomes  Retains the flexibility to provide funding to other types of organisation to deliver outcomes  Also retains ability to fund individuals (e.g. veterans’ programmes)
