A package of measures relating to recession announced alongside the Framework An enhanced UK-wide target that at least 80 per cent of funding goes directly to the Voluntary and Community Sector between 2009-2015 Isolation and Transition as starting points Programmes developed within each country and announced in due course

For Information only VCS commitment A UK-wide target of at least 80% going to the VCS (previously 60%-70%) Recognises major role for VCS in delivering outcomes Retains the flexibility to provide funding to other types of organisation to deliver outcomes Also retains ability to fund individuals (e.g. veterans’ programmes)
