16. Development projects VENE Arranges training for milk producers and milk producing experts in Ostrobothnia. The themes include developing animal material, fodder production, construction of barns and animal health and well-being.

17. Development projects Bioenergy projects BioE-logia is a training project aimed at rural entrepreneurs. BioG enhances biogas production on farms. Ekopelletti T&K enhances pellet production, pellet energy usage and energy entrepreneurship.
