This tool would ask the SMEs certain questions and - based on their answers - lead them through the whole process, from the identification of potential weak spots in their processes, to the suggestion of possible solutions for improving their E&RE (showing solutions and/or best practices) to finding IEMs who offer the required systems or finding technology providers who can offer the required services, to showing them the economic side of the improvements, to finding financing opportunities (including contact data). This will also include a brief about each forum along with its members, buyers and requirements. This section will present the benefit that SMEs can get by getting registered in these forums. The CSCP has already done research on the available forums where SMEs can register. For the most suited ones, short guidelines for SMEs on how to register and on the basis information on the forum can be developed.  The information on the available forums will be presented under a section (“Increasing sales”) of the website for the SMEs. It can be one sub section close to the one on the business case. It will be attempted to establish a direct cooperation with one or two forums.
