1. My school is forty. It is qiute modern building. Our school is three-storeyed building. The school holds over 600 pupils and a bout 60 teachers. Form 6b Zhenya Petrova

2. The canteen, the clock –room and the gym are on the ground floor. The dining –room is a clean one. There are many nice pictures on the walls. There is a gymnasium near the dining-room.

3. The classrooms for junior forms are on the ground floor. They look cosy. The walls are decorated with pictures and there are nice curtains on the large windows. Children feel home here.The classroom for senior students are on the upper floors.

4. Our school has got a library.It is on the first floor.There are a lot new and old interesting books. Our school has got many classroom such as English, History, Geography and Physics and others.The are big and light and each of them has got the large windows with curtains,flowers on the windows a book case near the door, the black board on the wall.The teacher’s table with many books on it is situated not far from the black board.

5. The first floor we have our assembly hall,where we usually gather to celebrate holidays.We decorate the assembly room with colourful balloons, slogans and our pictures.There are different specialized class rooms for the lessons of Physics, Chemistry, Geography and Biology. They have slide projectors, schemes and tables are on the walls. Chemistry and Physics classrooms have special laboratories.

6. My school is from Monday till so we have only one day off. The school day usually runs from 8:30 a.m. until 2:30 p.m. The school year is divided into four terms. Kids start school at six or seven and least 11 years of schooling. I like my school! Welcome to our school.
