2016 ANNUAL THEME – THE BIBLICAL CONTEXT 25 TH NATIONAL GENERAL MEETING
2
Introduction – Theme source Be fruitful, and multiply “And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them. And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth”. Gen 1:26-28

The watch outs.. It is a Command – not a suggestion/appeal – it is Demanded We are crafted/wired in the image of God to fulfill It is to individuals, nations, families – any chosen of God As chosen of God- individuals, fellowship, we have no option

The 2 Dimensions to Command, Theme For God’s continued fellowship with His likeness, man 1.Physical - created to replenish the earth 2.Spiritual - called to populate heaven Endowed/Enabled/Empowered with creative and witnessing power 1.Physical-and the Lord blessed them …. 2.Spiritual - Jesus said, all authority in heaven and earth …therefore GO Two lambs sacrificed to achieve desire 1.Physical - Garden of Eden - lamb 2.Spiritual - Calvary’s cross - the Lamb of God

Our call to multiplication The call to us as individuals or a fellowship, is God involving us in His Divine agenda. It is our creation purpose, not a service or help to God. We fulfill God’s REASON for making us in His likeness. God could have “rained” man on earth and fill heaven with men. It is call with accountability.

Any proof of Success From Adam to Jacob, the nation of Israel, who and when they obeyed the Lord, successfully became fruitful and multiplied. The disciples of Jesus Christ, when they obeyed succeeded. Source of multiplication: Obedience Fellowship with God and one another. Signs & Wonders (relationship with the Holy Spirit) brought the increase

Time for Reflection Fruitlessness will not be for ever- “And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it: And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down” – Luke 13:8-9 -KJV The fruitless will be cut off - “I am the true grapevine, and my Father is the gardener. He cuts off every branch of mine that doesn’t produce fruit” – John 15:1-2 - NLT Fruitfulness is DEMANDED of the Chosen and Ordained- “Ye have not chosen me, but I have chosen you, and ordained you, that ye should go and bring forth fruit, and that your fruit should remain: that whatsoever ye shall ask of the Father in my name, he may give it you” – John 15:16 - KJV

Conclusion “And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand. He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still. And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be” Rev 22:10-12
